Talking about taking care of our mental health has been an important discussion during the pandemic and a talk presenting possible strategies to combat many of the symptoms is useful to to the public. Our environment changing takes a toll on us, and a talk such as this helps mitigate some of the toll.

The presentation will consist of some common symptoms that many have been experiencing or watching their loved ones experience throughout the pandemic along with how we can notice the symptoms. It will then also provide possible strategies to combat some of these symptoms and how we can offer support to our loved ones and ourselves.

This event will be virtual and a Zoom link will not only be listed on the website and in socials, but also through our mailing list. Sign up for our newsletter on the website!

Date & Time: Wednesday, January 12, 2022 at 7 PM and run up until about 8:30 PM.
